Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online Payments is a great way to allow your customers the 'pay now' option on the invoice they receive, so they can pay their account without delay. I would be happy to provide more insight here!

 

When QuickBooks processes customer payments, the funds are deposited into the bank account you chose, when you signed up for QuickBooks Payments.  Deposit times depend on your product and the type of payment.  If you're new to Payments, the first payments may take a bit longer while we set up your accounts.  However, once your accounts are setup, customer payments will process much faster, typically within 2-3 business days.  Follow this link to learn more about deposit times for QuickBooks Payments.  In addition, you can use the QuickBooks Digital Assistant to check the payment status, see who the payment is from, as well as the amount.
