Hi marissa-muthulin. It's great to have you connect with us here. Based on what you've described, I'd like to start off by troubleshooting this issue to determine if it's a browser-related issue. Clearing cache and cookies is a great way to clean your browser allowing it to work more efficiently. Here's an article that shows you how to do that: How to clear cache and cookies. If this doesn't work, I suggest using a private/incognito window to see if that works instead. Try this out and let me know what happens.
I'll be one message away in case you need further assistance.
Message I was getting from my bank when I tried going to the bank feed in QB and importing from my bank message was 400 - Bad Request! one mor more required API parameters are missing in the API request.
I figured out a way to get it to work. Log out of QB and your Bank online. Then go to your bank account and login and click on export then the option Quickbooks then double click on the download that pops up. This will take you back to Quickbooks. Log in to QB. It will take you to the bank feed and click on import new trans.... and check on always give me option..... then ok. Then click back on bank feeds and you will see all the new transactions list and click whatever you want to be imported. I was on with my bank and they could not figure it out, and I researched QB online with my issues and everything they suggested did not work. This worked for me on my QuickBooks desktop Pro. I had not been able to import for some time, so I had a lot that I had manually loaded already. Next time it should be a breeze. I rechecked it to make sure it worked the next time I tried, and it worked again. Hope this helps anyone getting a message about API parameters missing.
