Welcome to Community! Connecting your bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online is a great way to update your transactions automatically. When there is a disconnect, it can be concerning. I would be happy to help!
If you haven't done so already, I suggest accessing your QuickBooks Online account using a private browser, or try another browser such as Firefox, Google Chrome, Edge, or Safari. I also recommend clearing cache on your browser, to help improve system performance and web page loading times,
