Hi, V-navoyts. When you receive a payment by credit card, the funds first go to the merchant account associated with your payment processor, rather than directly to your old or new direct deposit account.
The payment processor then transfers the funds from the merchant account to the bank account you have set up.
However, since you recently updated your bank account, we recommend checking with your payment processor to confirm that the new account is active. The payment processor sends funds to the active and linked accounts at the time the payout is processed.
