Hello, we are a Canada company with a USD chequing account and a Credit account in the RBC US bank. How do I link this bank to my account? Have been "request support for this bank" for several times but nothing happened. If I cannot link how do I manage a not linked business account?

Hi, I have been able to link the USD bank account but quickbooks treat it as Canadian funds. I have two accounts already linked and working fine (CAD and USD), but both are treated as they are in Canadian funds. When a customer pays in US funds, I can't match that as quickbooks try to convert it in CAD funds.
Please let me know how to fix this.
