I have a client who didn't use a bookkeeper, first download of bank feed for reconciliation brought in years of data in spite of trying to restrict by date on bank site. How can they be cleared? No delete or ignore or batch function available in Canada on either Preferences/Chequing/Bank feed or bank feed screen itself

Please re-read my inquiry. I did NOT ask about transactions so your reply won't work for this situation. I am asking how to delete bank feed items showing up on the review that have no place in the books and are a pain to scroll through time after time. Nothing to do with recorded transactions.
Question remains: how to delete pesky old bank feed items so they don't have to be constantly scrolled through.
Thanks for reaching out to us again about this bank feeds issue, @Wolfhound.

Come back again for the additional questions or concerns about this bank transactions management concern. I'll ensure to help you out resolve this completely.
I've resolved this problem by going back to the Bank Feeds center, highlighting the feed and deleting it. Of course, you would want to be sure you had done all the matching you needed. Curious what you found as I found this while looking for a solution for a similar problem.
None of these options works, why does Quickbooks have such Sucky IT team, their answers dont even match the question and you cannot just go into it and delete it if you could we would not be on this platform looking for answers.
I want to highlight this response because to my utter surprise, this actually worked. You can click the check box next to the transaction, press delete, and it disappears. Be careful with it though because it will just disappear and not be saved for further review.
