Welcome to Community! QuickBooks Online, enables you to connect multiple business and personal bank accounts, so your books remain up-to-date. However, the issue you're experiencing has been reported by other QuickBooks customers. For this reason, I recommend contacting our Customer Care team at 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST. They will be able to work with you in real time and assess the issue in more depth. In addition, they'll be able to escalate it to the QuickBooks Development Team for further investigation, and set you up to receive an email notification when it's been resolved.

Thanks for your response. I spoke to a QBO agent on the phone a few weeks ago. He took note of the issue and confirmed that it had been flagged previously. I haven't heard any updates since. Do you have an idea of when this will be resolved?
