Try opening your QBO account on private/incognito browser.

Welcome to Community!  Having your transactions automatically updated in QuickBooks Online is a great way to review, categorize and reconcile your account.  We're currently experiencing a temporary issue with the connection between RBC and QuickBooks Online.  Our Development Team is aware of this and have prioritized the investigation.  Although we don't have an ETA, we're working diligently to get this resolved as quickly as possible. 

 

In the meantime, we suggest manually uploading your transactions in csv format.  For more information on how this can be done, follow this link

Another option, utilize SlickConnect for the time being. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed.
