If you would like to be notified when the issue has been resolved, please contact our Customer Care team outside of Community. In the interim, you can manually upload your transactions to ensure your account remains accurate and up to date.
Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
