Expenses have been correctly identified by Quickbooks to correspond to a receipt that I have uploaded and categorized. In Bank Transactions, these line items have the green "1 Match Found" icon (as they should), and even the photo of the receipt attached, but my only option is to "add" the transaction, when rather the correct function would be to Match. Even stranger is that quickbooks was successfully allowing me to "match" my transactions only a few days ago! This problem is across accounts and all transactions showing the green "1 match found" icon. Seems like a bug to me. . .
Quickbooks is recognizing that a receipt is paired to to a transaction, but not allowing me to complete the match function. But at least when reviewing transactions it is showing the "1 match found" icon.
When reviewed from the receipt end, the receipts that are showing "1 match found" on the bank transaction page show no matches found on the receipt page!

First, I'd like to start off by troubleshooting this issue to determine if it's a browser-related issue. Clearing cache and cookies is a great way to clean your browser allowing it to work more efficiently. Here's an article that shows you how to do that: How to clear cache and cookies. If this doesn't work, I suggest using a private/incognito window to see if that works instead. Try this out and let me know what happens. For reference, here's an article that shows you how to: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
