Well, I have the same problem...It ask for Costumer ID and user ID to connect to the bank account...I only use the debit card number when I connect to the bank account on their website. So, what are the Costumer ID and the User ID ? Right now, I cannot get the account in sync with the Quickbook because of that...

Hello Sam. Glad to have you chime in on this thread. I'd like to help steer you in the right direction so you can access your bank and sync your transactions in QuickBooks. In order to get the Customer ID I recommend reaching out to your bank's support team as they have the right tools and the resources to provide this number to you.
