upload bank transactions only get withdrawals

When I upload bank transactions, I am only getting the withdrawals, no deposits get uploaded.  Any idea what I've done wrong?  I should mention that a month ago or so, there was an interruption to the QB connection to my bank, which is now fixed (I think).

I'd like to start off by troubleshooting this issue to determine if it's a browser-related issue. Clearing cache and cookies is a great way to clean your browser allowing it to work more efficiently. Here's an article that shows you how to do that: How to clear cache and cookies. If this doesn't work, I suggest using a private/incognito window to see if that works instead. Utilize the trial version of MT Online to isolate the issue. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed. If the same error persists, there is an ongoing problem at your bank or connection.
