add historical employee pay for employee paid before joining QB Online
I starting using QB Payroll mid January. An employee was paid on Jan. 7. He has not worked for us since then. His pay check information is not yet recorded. How do I enter it?

It would be our pleasure to help you record your employee's historical payroll. Please give our Phone or Chat agents a short call or message and they will do a few changes on your settings to let you record the paycheck in January. Just go to (?)Help and choose Contact Us.
