I have tried everything. Using a different browser, going incognito, clearing cache, deleting cookies... nothing works. Called the help line and I was told they have no idea what is happening and therefore can't fix it. In the meantime, I can't pay this employee through the system i am paying big bucks to use.
I am giving up on Quickbooks... Canceling subscription in a couple of months and switching to a different system... way too many issues, way too buggy. Too bad...
