hello thanks for replying back. lets be honest i have spoken to 3 quick book reps and the same attitude .
i was about send if it off to over 8,000 people my issue with quicks books .

i can give you my example
katie thomas our employee r.o.e. was wrong.
cra even said you cant have a minus on the r.o.e
and her weekly totals where wrong
quick books reps said it up to me to fix the errors
but let me understand this why.
looking at her weekly pay chqs was right , but the r.o.e is wrong.
i am paying for this service if i wanted to make sure and redo it. i would have stayed with adp
right??

I had the same issue for just a small percentage of the employees. Not quite sure as to why this time there were so many mistakes. It was such a hassle and you're right; it should be accurate and taken care of through Quickbooks especially since it is a paid program.
In speaking with Service Canada, we determined it was because on the ROE the 4% vacation pay was not put in the same week as the income was earned, but the week of their paycheque. That also applies to stat. holidays.
