Empty "to" field in paystub send forms

Using QB Desktop Premier Account Edition 2024.
Email address on employee profile cannot be carried to paystab send forms. It was working well before, but now the to filed in the send forms is empty. So I have to type the email address one by one for each paystub send form. If I type a wrong email address, the system will warm me that the email address is different from which on employee profile. So what should I do to fix this?
I have checked for update, all update done and auto-update is on. Thank you!

Thank you for taking the initial troubleshooting steps, such as updating your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), to address the issue with the "To" field in the paystub send forms.

 

Since your QBDT is updated, I recommend running the Verify/Rebuild data tool. This process can help detect any system errors or damaged data in your company file. It also ensures your QuickBooks software runs smoothly.

 

Before proceeding, please create a backup of your company file to safeguard your data and allow for restoration if needed.

 

Let's now verify the data:

 

  1. From the top menu, click File.
  2. Choose Utilities and select Verify Data.
  3. Click OK when you see the message, QuickBooks detected no problem with your data.
  4. If Verify finds an issue with your data, you'll be prompted to Rebuild Now or View Errors.
  5. Click Close or View Errors and take note of the specific error message.

 

Next, here's how to rebuild data:

 

  1. Again, go to the top menu and click File.
  2. Choose Utilities and select Rebuild Data.
  3. Click OK if you receive a prompt to back up your company file.
  4. Click OK when you receive the message, Rebuild has completed and proceed to the next step.
  5. Run Rebuild Data to make sure there's no error.

I have rebuilt data, showing errors fixed.
I verified data too showing no errors now.

However the issue with the to field remains unresolved.
