Hi, I am trying to run payroll and I cannot pay one employee because it says i am missing info. I have not edited or updated any info since i ran the last payroll

It's nice to see you in Community.  Welcome!  There was a recent update with QuickBooks Online Payroll that has impacted some of the employees.  It's essential that you're able to pay your staff on time.  I would be glad to assist!

 

I suggest taking a look at the employee profile, to ensure an accurate Hire date. Once you've completed this process, you should be able to move forward with payroll. However, if you experience the same outcome, please contact our QuickBooks Online Payroll specialists outside of this forum. With your consent, they can look further into the issue from their end, and ensure your employee profiles are accurate and complete.
