Hi there, John. Since your payroll hours are coming from a spreadsheet, the only way to enter them in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is through the Weekly Timesheet or Single Time entry.
Weekly Timesheet or Single Time Entry are the built-in options QBO offers from this type of format. However, If you're working with a large number of entries, you can use a third-party app that can import timesheets directly from a spreadsheet to save your time.
