We use QuickBooks Online Plus and QuickBooks Payroll. We currently don't have any employees and would like to file nil payroll remittance to CRA via QuickBooks Online. Can you please advise how to do this?

Thank you for your guidance. I understand the tax implications and how to submit nil remittance on CRA portal. Is QuickBooks Online able to submit nil remittance in the system? I would like to find out how to do this in QuickBooks.

In QuickBooks Online you'll File and Record Payment, in the usual fashion. After approving the payment, be sure to hit Record and Print, so you have the PD7A worksheet to complete the forms on the CRA website.
