@Fiat Lux - ASIA has mentioned one option for troubleshooting, which is to try a private browsing window. I have a list of effective browser troubleshooting steps that I'd like you to try. When the images and files stored in our browser's cache aren't regularly cleared, they can impact the way programs like QuickBooks function. Clearing these files and attempting some additional troubleshooting steps is a great way to get back on track and determine the root of the problem. Please give these steps a try:
