To get started, I recommend having the employee check that they're saving before exiting the program as not doing so may result in the timesheets not being saved. In case you've already confirmed this and are still having issues, I suggest clearing cache and cookies on your browser. Doing this helps with fixing most browser-related issues. You can do this by following the steps in this article: Clear Cache and Cookies. I encourage you to give this.
