paycheque sync error

This error occurs when a profile is not fully recognized as an employee or when a required data field is missing. I suggest reviewing your employee information and ensuring they are set up correctly.

 

If everything looks correct on your end, contact our Payroll Support team and provide the error details. They have secure tools to review your sync logs and identify the exact cause of the validation error.
