I am attempting to email my employees copies of their T4's
When I review them in QB desktop all of the new boxes show up (45 / 16A / 17A) but when I print / email them all of the new boxes do not show up on the printed form. Also, all of the amounts are now in the incorrect boxes on the T4 because of the missing boxes...?

Welcome to Community! I can understand your concern with the T4 slips, missing boxes, inaccurate information due to the missing boxes. My first suggestion is to ensure your QuickBooks Desktop is updated to the latest release, along with the payroll tax table.
