QB not calculating CPP correctly? Processed regular pay for full-time employee paid semi-monthly and cpp amount is $40 less? current YTD is within pensionable earnings.

employee is paid full time salary, but, now cpp amount being calculated is different from the last paycheck even though gross pay is still the same? I haven't updated any settings in quickbooks - why is this happening? Other employees (part-time) aren't even getting CPP deducted and double checked and no tax exemptions are selected in payroll settings.

Similar to your issue,  CPP is being under-deducted and INCOME TAX is being over-deducted. This same issue happened with QBO last year as well.
