I started Quickbooks in May 2021, but we need the whole 2021 in Quickbooks. Been with Sage for 15 years.
I needed to enter pay checks starting from January 2021. But the system tells me this is not possible.
So I contacted Payroll Support. They gave me a spreadsheet to fill with EACH pay.
I did fill the 18 weeks correctly and sent them.
CONNIE [[removed]] have entered only the four last paychecks, and one BIG paycheck summerizing January to May. Is this normal?!
What is wrong? Can we get a supervisor onboard?

Having the correct pay entries entered into your QuickBooks Online account is the key to good bookkeeping. I'd be happy to point you in the right direction.
In order to see how this was entered and what can be done I recommend reaching out to our support team as they have tools to get this resolved. You can reach us using the following steps.
Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

As you can imagine from my previous post i DID contact them at NUMEROUS occasions on this issue.
They don't understand and they ask me to contact payroll. And when I contact payroll they don't understand either.

There is no contact number to reach a supervisor or a senior team member. You would need to call in and speak with one of our support agents using the steps provided above.
