Thanks for exploring your options in QuickBooks Online, @pwu.
I'd like to point out that the option to process Direct Deposit payments in QuickBooks Online is available in the USA versions. In Canada, there isn't an option to pay bills online directly through QuickBooks by entering your card information this way.
I know that this option would save you tons of time though, so there are some options you can try. You can check with your bank if they offer this kind of service or you may visit our app website for other options.
You may also visit our app store to look for other time-tracker apps that you can integrate to QBO. Here's how:
I also want to encourage you to let our product development team know how important this feature could be for you. Have your voice heard by using the Gear icon, then selecting Feedback.
We have a great article for QuickBooks Online users in Canada that also includes a video. It goes over how to enter and pay bills by cheque or payment account. This will be a great reference for you: Enter and pay bills.
Please visit us again for updates if you have selected the tool for your business, or if you need further help with this time tracker question. I'd be happy to share further insights with you. All the best.
Is Direct Deposit for supplier payment a feature that will be coming for QBO?
Also, is there a way to designate that you are paying a supplier using Direct Deposit?
Even if you can't process it through QuickBooks?
