How can I add employee No. into Employee Earnings summary report?

Thanks for reaching out to us here. I'll be glad to share more info so you're on the right path. 

 

To get started, here's how to run the report in question: 

 

  1. Go to Reports and select Standard.
  2. Scroll down to the Payroll section, then select Payroll Summary. You can also enter the report name in the search field to find it.
  3. Set a date range, then select Apply.
  4. If you want to include or hide a specific detail in this report, select Customize then Run report.

Thank JamesM4 for replying. Mine is the Desktop version, I can't add employee number by customizing the report.

Hello LeahWang. I see what you're saying. The customization option you've described isn't available in the program. I can see the benefit of having this option and I recommend sending feedback about this to our engineers. You can send feedback by clicking on the Help menu and looking for Send Feedback Online. In the meantime, feel free to ask other questions. I'm here to steer you in the right direction.

Thanks JamesM4, I have sent the feedback online. Hope the employee number can be added to the report. It will help a lot especially when we have a large number of employees.
