How can i change status of all employees from active to inactive in one shot not one by one?

Hey there khela-northernch,

Thanks for reaching out to us here. QuickBooks Online Payroll is a great tool to have. It helps make sure your employees are paid the correct amount of hours worked. I would be happy to provide some information.

At this time, there isn't the option to make all employees inactive at once. You'd need to make your employees inactive one by one. I can see how being able to make your employees inactive by batch, would be beneficial for you. I encourage you to leave feedback by heading to the Gear icon and selecting the Feedback option under the Profile column. Our developers review and consider each comment as they create new features and updates for QuickBooks.

If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out to us here.

This needs a fix.  When migrating over from QB Desktop to QBO, my whole employee list from 20 years of operations are now active.  This is over 2000 personelle i need to go in and individually change!
