Thanks for reaching out about your pay run. QuickBooks Online Payroll is a great tool able to assist you in paying your employees for the hours they've worked. I can provide some information about pay methods.
If this is a pay run that you have yet to run in the system, you can click on the payment method on the page when entering hours to change it paper cheque. If it's a pay that you've already run in the system, to see if it can be changed, you would need to reach out to the support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to view the pay's status in the system to see if the direct deposit can be stopped, or if it's too late to stop it, so you can rerun it. You can reach them using these methods:
- Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
