Thanks for reaching out about your employee needing modified deductions. QuickBooks Online Payroll is a tool able to help you calculate payroll for your employees based on the hours they've worked. I can point you in the right direction to edit the deductions when running payroll.
In QuickBooks Online, there is the option to enter custom values for certain deductions and contributions each time you run payroll. This can be done when by going to the Payroll tab, then the Employees section. Select Run Payroll, then click on the Pencil icon beside an employee after entering their hours. You can then go to the Employer contributions and Employee deductions sections, and click in the text boxes to enter custom values for the deductions.
To see if this can be changed in a permanent way for the affected employee, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Online support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to view the employee in question in the system to see if the calculation for the taxes wanted can be made on a permanent basis, or if they would need to be done each time manually when running payroll.
