Hi there,
I know how important it is to print your T4 summary and employer T4 forms. If you're getting a blank screen, this will definitely put a dent in your workflow. I'd be happy to help you resolve this with some quick and simple browser troubleshooting.
Try clearing the cache and cookies in your web browser. These are stored Internet files that build up over time. They cling to the back-end of your browser, and they can cause latency and errors in QuickBooks Online and other sites. Here's how to do that: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?
If you're still seeing a blank screen, try using Incognito Mode in Google Chrome. This is a private window that runs independently from the rest of your browser. This is often used to diagnose browser-related issues. Here's more information about what that is and how to use it: Browse in private.
If the issue persists, try using an alternative browser all together.
I want to make sure you get access to these important forms, so if you're still experiencing this issue after trying the above steps, please reach out to our tech support team so we can take a closer look at what may be happening.
Cheers.

My problem is 2 of 4 staff T4s print!
Hi DonnaM2,
Thanks for joining us here. Having the ability to create the T4 forms in QuickBooks Online, with the exception of two staff members, is definitely concerning. I'd be happy to provide more information so you can complete the process in a timely fashion.
If you haven't done so already, I suggest clearing cache on your browser. If you get the same result, try another browser such as Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, Private or Incognito. I also recommend reviewing the status of the employees to ensure they're active. Here's how;
1. Open Payroll from the left menu and select Employees
2. Use the ▼ dropdown menu, to show Inactive Employees
3. Click on the employee name to expand the view
4. Select Edit to the right of the Employment Details section
5. Change the Status to Active and complete the required fields
6. Hit Save
You should now be able to proceed with creating the associated T4 forms.
