The recent update has been reported to have impacted the employee hire dates. For this reason, I suggest taking a look at each employee profile, to ensure an accurate Hire date. Once you've completed this process, you should be able to move forward with payroll. However, if you experience the same outcome, please contact our QuickBooks Online Payroll specialists outside of this forum. With your consent, they can look further into the issue from their end, and ensure your employee profiles are complete.
