To file a complaint, you'd need to reach out to the support team. They'll be able to verify your account information with you in a secure setting to look into the last interaction you had in order to help you get the issue resolved and you back to business. You can reach them using these options:
Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
