Need help - QB Chat no response, no phone number

Hi there. I'm trying to get the latest payroll tax table, but we get an error. I've started a couple of chats now, but there is no response from anyone at QB. I've also posted a question to my thread, but no response from a QB team member there.

 

We are an accounting firm and need to complete a number of payrolls today, with a number of our clients using a payment provider requiring us to submit by 4pm eastern time. Is there any help to be had currently?

I'm just adding a reply to bump this back up. Sorry, but my latest chat is now over one hour waiting, and I have a payment provider deadline I'm up against. Is there a better way to get payroll tax table update support? The file is not found for maintenance updates when I try to update from within QuickBooks Desktop 2021. So it seems like it is a QB issue and not on our end (screenshot attached). I don't know how else to ask for support.
