ROE Name of Issuer

I'm trying to issue a Record of Employment (ROE) but the 'Name of Issuer' at the bottom is wrong (it is not the legal name). I've changed the account name and user name to be the legal name but it still doesn't update on the ROE name of issuer. How can I change the name of the 'Name of Issuer' that shows up on the ROE?

ROE Name of Issuer

Hi Tonic EC,

Welcome back to Community!  Being proactive in ensuring the information on the ROE's is accurate before filing them is the best way to avoid any complication when submitting to Service Canada.  QuickBooks Online allows you to add, edit or change your payroll settings as needed.  I'd be happy to show you how by following these steps:

1. Go to the Gear icon (settings) in the top right corner of the dashboard

2. Click on Payroll Settings

3. Under Business Information, select Contact Information

4. Make the necessary changes and then Okay.

That's it!  Your information will be updated and applied when creating an ROE.

If you have any additional questions or concerns please feel free to reach back out.  We'd be happy to help.
