The changes you make to the current period will reflect on the next period's PD7A, however, based on what you've described, I highly recommend contacting our support team outside the Community.   • Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

Hi JamesM4, thank you for your reply.

I spoke with an agent on Mar 7, 2022 and was told that there was no way to fix this.

How can I contact a senior agent or a QBO payroll specialist? Thank you!
