I'd assume you're subscribed to payroll as well. If not, please go to your Billing and Subscription page, and subscribe to payroll. If you are, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.
You can log in to QuickBooks in a private browser. This is a good way to start checking browser issues. If you can run payroll and pay taxes, please go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. If you can't, you can try other browsers like Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox to isolate the case.
If you still can't run payroll or pay taxes after doing the steps I mention, please contact our phone or chat team.
- Click on Help and choose Contact us.
- Enter a summary of the behavior and choose Let's talk.
- Choose from Chat or Get a callback.
