If the time tracker users are your employees, they can access their paycheques in the Workforce site. Let me provide some details about it.
QuickBooks Workforce is an online site wherein employees can view, manage paycheques, W-2’s, and other payroll info. All you have to do is to send an invite so they'll be able to log in.
To do that:
- Log in to QuickBooks Online.
- From the left, select the Workers menu.
- For an existing employee, select the employee’s name, then select the pencil icon next to Pay.
- In the Personal info section, add your employee’s email address, then select Invite this employee to view their pay stubs and W-2s online.
- Select Done.
After that, an invitation will be emailed to your employee. Once done, your employee will accept the invitation and will create their own login credentials. To give you the complete details about this procedure, please refer to these links:
