Making sure your QuickBooks Online is working the way it was intended is our main concern. I'd be happy to go over ways to fix this with you so we can get you back to business.
Since QuickBooks Online is a web based program if a feature isn't working the way it's intended could mean a part of the browser could be causing it. One way to check would be to clear your cache and cookies and open up QuickBooks again in a private browser such as Google Chrome's Incognito mode. If it still isn't working you can try a different browser or computer to see if it continues to happen.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
