Asked Where can I find contact information about my subscription? I’m being billed different amounts each month and never the same date.

I'm glad that you're keeping an eye on your monthly expenses and have caught the different billing amounts and dates. Typically when this sort of thing happens, it means that you have another account that you may have accidentally created or that you don't know about. I'll guide you with checking your subscription information and let you know a way to check for a duplicate account.

 

QuickBooks Online's subscription information, including billing invoices, can be found directly in your account. Follow the steps below to see how to find it.

 

  1. Select the Gear icon while logged into your account.
  2. Choose Account and settings.
  3. Select the Billing and Subscription tab.
  4. Choose View payment history.

This section will give you the option to open, download, or print your monthly statements. The statement gives you a breakdown of your subscription information and what you're paying for.

 

Next, here's how you can check for a duplicate account. First, you'll need to exit out of the account settings section. Once you have, follow these steps.

 

  1. Select the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Switch company.

This feature takes you to a list of accounts related to your login credentials, separated into active and inactive accounts. If you're seeing a duplicate here, you can select it and then cancel the account if you no longer wish to receive charges.
