When using the receipt capture in your mobile app, the quality of the images depends on your device's camera. Depending on the mobile device you're using, here are the possible reasons why you're getting blurry captured receipts:
At this time, review each factor that may affect the blurry result to fix the issue. On top of that, make sure that your QuickBooks Online mobile app is updated to the latest version to avoid future problems.

If you have a receipt or bill, you can also email them. The system extracts info from it and creates a transaction for you to review.

I am using my phone with other receipt scanner apps and get great results. The blurry images are not because of Camera shake it’s because of file compression method that the app utilize.

I see what you're saying. Have you tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it? Doing this fixes most issues the app may be having.
