File type compatibility can prevent receipts from uploading to QuickBooks Online (QBO), @info2221.
Before uploading your receipts, please remove any sensitive or personal information, like credit card numbers and government identifiers. Also, ensure the file type is either PDF, JPEG, JPG, GIF, or PNG.
In QBO, there are three options for uploading receipts: Upload from computer, Upload from Google Drive, and Forward from email. If one option doesn't work, you can try using another.
If none of these options work, I recommend contacting our Live Support team. They have the necessary tools to securely review your account and determine why your receipts are not uploading. They can also advise you on the next steps to resolve this issue.
