The issue of uploading a receipt could be related to your browser, Wendy. Let’s go through some quick fixes to get your transactions uploaded.
Let's begin by clearing your browser's cache to remove any outdated or corrupted data that may be causing the issue. You may also consider using a different supported browser for better compatibility with QuickBooks.
Alternatively, you can manually create an expense and attach the receipt to the transaction. This ensures you maintain an accurate record of your transactions.

thank you.
We are having issues as well. It seems as though the receipt uploading process has changed. I am trying to do it on the phone as I have in the past, but it freezes up trying to upload the receipt file. I have done this also on the computer and it does the same thing. What has changed in the Quickbooks program. I would rather not create an expense and attach it. I liked the process of uploading the receipt and then matching it when the expense comes through.
