Lose of data in timesheets after saving

We have the QBO Plus plan.  Over the past month we have had 3 issues none of which have been resolved.  I thought I would try this platform for one of the issues.

 

We have a few employees that lose a line entry when recording time subsequent to saving it.  It just vanishes after "save" has been selected. 

 

It's odd in that it affects only a few people

I'd like to start off by troubleshooting this issue to determine if it's a browser-related issue. Clearing cache and cookies is a great way to clean your browser allowing it to work more efficiently. Here's an article that shows you how to do that: How to clear cache and cookies. If this doesn't work, I suggest using a private/incognito window to see if that works instead.
