Running QB Desktop 2018. 3rd party app Work Wave says that it is successfully syncing via the web connector but nothing is showing up in QB (new customers, invoices, payments). Ran the Web Connect troubleshooter and it said there were no problems - it was successful. any thoughts?

Hello e1d inc,
Third party apps are a great way to enhance your bookkeeping while using QuickBooks Desktop and I'm glad to see that you've found one that meets your needs. I'm here to help steer you in the right direction for making sure that the connection properly brings over information from Work Wave to QuickBooks.
You've done a great job of troubleshooting from the QuickBooks Desktop end of things. It sounds like you're used the Fix common Web Connector errors article to check on QuickBooks' Web Connector tool for linking apps to the program. Since it's not showing you any errors to fix, the next step is going to be to touch base with the app developer's support team.
The app developers are the ones to design how Work Wave connects to QuickBooks Desktop, so they're your best resource for troubleshooting these issues. In searching the QuickBooks Desktop app store, I came across this one for Work Wave: WorkWave® Service. You can use the Policies & Support tab to learn how to reach that team to get started with troubleshooting from that end. If that's not the app you're using, simply use the search bar to find the one you have.
If you're still having trouble after that contact the QuickBooks Desktop support team for further assistance. The Intuit QuickBooks Desktop software support policies page outlines hours and contact details as well as other important information about contacting support.
Wishing you the best!
