Account being hacked

6. Contact QuickBooks support and report the hack. They can help you secure your account and investigate the issue.

Sign in to your QuickBooks account.
Click the Help icon (?) in the top right corner of the screen.

My account has been hacked 4 times. Three times from someone in Brazil

and once from someone in India. I keep changing my password and it isn’t working. Not sure what to do at this point. Really scary because they got into my checking account and got 7K. “Contact us” on the Intuit webpage is taking me in circles.

4 times? Are you using your mobile phone or computer to access QBO?

Using my phone. Probably shouldn't. 

Your phone has been compromised by malicious software. You need to run security cleaner on your phone.
