Hi, I want to use the Sales receipt for a donation receipt. It shows a "balance due" in the example. But every donation is fully paid. How do I remove the balance due?
You might want to use a statement instead that shows the donation and the payment... as an option.

I am not able to customize a statement with CRA tax receipt requirements, so that doesn't work..
Based on the requirements outlined here https://support.kindful.com/hc/en-us/articles/360009232513-CRA-Receipting-for-Canadian-Users you may need to export the data and perform some kind of mail merge operation instead. Are you configured as a charitable organization in your setup? One presumes it may be business-operation specific to the setup of QBO...
Thanks, yes, that is what I think is the least cumbersome work around. It still doesn't allow me to hide the "balance owing", but everything else shows correctly, so I will work with this.
