Desktop- Kicking me out when i click "pay bills"

please help

 

I'm trying to pay my bills but it closes and kicks me off when i click on the "pay bills"

I have updated and restarted but still doing the same thing

Which QB Desktop year version?

How big is your file size?

Have you run  the Verify/Rebuild Data utility?

I just tried to run the rebuild and it said " somethings not right. Unable to complete request...

Your company file is damaged. Chat Support and ask them to fix it. Otherwise, you can purchase a third-party file repair service.
