I wasn't able to find anything about Arbia in my searches just now, but it seems to me that it may be a third-party service or software that you're using for your business. QuickBooks Online offers the opportunity to connect with other software to more easily manage all of your accounting data using applications. In the program's Apps tab, you can search the wealth of apps created or adopted by Intuit and third-party partners. The App information panel when you select an app will let you know who the developer is and how to get in touch with support if needed. If you don't already have QuickBooks Online, you can view the available apps here: QuickBooks Online App Store. Just make sure the flag is set for Canada and you'll be good to begin your search.
In these circumstances, it also doesn't hurt to check for integrations for the other service's side. There many services or software that have developed a way to integrate with QuickBooks Online via their product, so you can reach out to their support teams to learn if that's a possibility.
