Error opening mobile app

My mobile app will not open. I get an error message. “There was an error during sign in”

I have deleted app and reinstalled, turned off  phone and then reinstalled, reset password.

 

Nothing is working.

Please help!!

Good afternoon Jmug,

You may be experiencing some data issues.

 

Let's try resetting your application's data to fix this error. You can do that by tapping the Help menu and then selecting Reset App Data.

 

After That, let's try signing into your account again.

I can see that the mobile app for QuickBooks Self-Employed is an important feature to you, and it makes sense. The app's capability to work even when you're not at your computer is great for keeping up to date with your entries in your books.
